Order Processing

Each item is made to order with care and attention. Processing typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping. During peak seasons or holidays, please allow additional time.

Shipping

  • U.S. Orders: Generally arrive within 5–10 business days after processing.

  • International Orders: Usually arrive within 10–20 business days, depending on destination and customs processing. Customers may be responsible for import duties or taxes.

  • Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays beyond our control.

  • A tracking link will be provided once your order ships so you can follow its progress.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or personal preference. Please review our size charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Refunds

Refunds are only available for:

  • Damaged or defective items

  • Orders lost in transit (confirmed by the carrier)

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins and changes cannot be made.
